Default Seeking a loan with bad credit history!

I am looking to buy a new house but for my bad credit history I am hesitant to ask anyone about it. Is there any chance that I get another loan and meet the requirement of owning a house? Any suggestions? Thanks!

It really requires a lot of courage to even think of a loan when you have a bad credit history. Surprisingly there are many a lenders who still would like to do a business with you. I found such a help on Manufactured Home Loan and Mortgage Information Center and the article below really opened my eyes. Hope this will meet exactly what you are looking for:-

Yeah of late I have also been coming across such places which are ready to offer loans despite the bad credit score. My question is how do we come to know if they are serious and the whole issue is not a fiasco? Secondly what makes these people to show interest towards people who have a history of bad credit? If someone gives these answers it would be great to know, who knows I may also face a similar situation someday then this info. will come to my utility.

I'm a single mother of one dependent in college and want to open a "sweets" business like cakes, cookies, candies. I have terrible credit due to an ugly divorce. Please help if you have any experience with this. Can anyone help me cut through the crap and let me know where and how to apply for grants to open a small business. All help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a lot.
