According to me the best advice to avoid bankruptcy is the debt settlement or debt negotiation.

“Debt settlement is a procedure for negotiating your balances for a reduced amount than what is presently due; therefore saving you a good deal of money and time.”

It is refers to as a debt negotiation.

Debt settlement is a better option than consolidation loans, bankruptcy, or avoidance…
