Cash Out Mobile Home Refinance Loans
Yes, It is more difficult to pull cash out for home improvements when the property that you wish to refi is a Mobile Home, but it is not impossible, even when the mobilehome is located in a MH Park.
The primary considerations are the age of the MH, whether you need to refinance with or without land, your credit (of course), and the amount you wish to borrow vs. the value.
