Mortgage calculator is probably the best way to figure out how much house you can afford given your income, debt load, and down payment. The best site with the largest selection of mortgage calculators was at Mortgage-calc.com. The website is setup so that you can answer questions like - How Much can I afford? - How Much can I borrow? - How much are my payments?.
