Thanks everyone
Thank you all for your comments. I always pay my bills ontime if not early, last July I bought a new car. I have a couple of revolving accounts with a couple hundred dollars on them, no credit cards. Three years ago I had a foreclosure on a mobile home in a park, I lived there 9 years and never missed a payment but the lot rent kept going up, when the house payment and lot rent reached over $800 I had to give up, They sold the mobile home for $13,000 and wanted $48,000 from me, I chose not to be tied to that debt for the rest of my life. I am nearly 61 now and single. I work as a nurse and make a decent income. When I filed my bankruptcy I was not behind in anything. Shouldn't a loan officer be a little more aggressive? He won't call me back and when I do call him he simply says andquot; It's out of my handsandquot;. I just want to retire in this home, I found the home, paid the seller $500, and I just want an FHA loan, my lease is up the end of April and I have to let my landlord know what I am going to do. My loan officer says they promised again by next tuesday they would know. Boy wish I had a dime for every promise. Thanks again.
