my ex is living in the house that both of us... bought I had

live in a apt.. but my credit is bad now casue he is late... now his new family (girlfriend and new child) now I would like to get my name off of the mortage how do I get my name off.. his credit is bad and I know he will not be able to refinance... so what can I do to make him leave the house.
