Default Quitclaim deed and abandoned property

I, foolishly, signed a quitclaim deed with myself and two other people on some property. Both of those people have moved off the property and are not able to be notified. Is there some sort of way to claim abandonment to get them off the quitclaim deed? The property has been on the market for over a yr and is in the process of foreclosure. I would not be able to sell if I had an offer as they are not available to sign papers.
