Default force sale

My sister and I have been deeded my parent's home by quitclaim now that they have passed away. We had agreed to sell the asset and split the proceeds but now she wants to move into the house and live there with her boyfriends and many animals. I live overseas. How can I force a sale of the house? The house is in Brevard County in Fla.
