I'm looking into purchasing a townhome with 20% down. The purchase price would be 256K and I'm putting down $51,200. I'm currently self employed and it is very difficult for me to prove my income. I do have very low debt (less than $600/month) and credit score of 713. I was told that the Countrywide bank is the only bank that offers stated income programs and I would be qualified for the loan without a problem.
