Default Quit Claim Deed for Investment Property

Hi,I purchased a property in my name about 8 months ago when I decided to start investing in real estate. I have since set-up an LLC for my real estate business and I want to take this property out of my name and put it in my business name. Can I just fill out a Quit Claim Deed form and bring it to my county clerk's office? If I do this, will the mortgage company consider it a sale and enforce the due on sale clause? Thanks.
