When we took out our home loan about 11 years ago,we had my father in-law co-sign as our credit was not that good. He has since passed away. The bank has said nothing to us about having a new co-signer. Do we need to get one or just wait and see what the bank tells us.. I am thinking it must be ok to not have one, since they have said nothing .
