Which is better a quitclaim deed or warranty deed?

A couple years ago I bought a home in florida and at the closing i added my girlfriend to the title. The mortgage is in my name only. Now I want to remove my girlfriend from the title. Which is better for me to pursue a quitclaim deed or a warranty deed?
