Default Open Question: Tumbleweed homes?

I am interested in buying land to put a Tumbleweed home on it. You can see the model that I want (the WeeBee) at:

questions are:1. Can you get a mortgage loan for one of these? Would you be able to bundle the purchase of land in with the house? (I'm not sure how mortgages really work). 2. The site mentions "green" loans, but I only see them being offered for home improvement or refinance. Can you use a green loan to purchase one of these homes?3. By chance, does anyone live in one of these tiny homes?Thanks.
