to get the mortgage and in return we will build your credit. Then we will refinance and take his name of the mortgage and add mine. Well we later sell the house 2 yrs later and we made a profit, and his girlfriend demand him to ask us for money. Should we give him. Even though before we sold the house we let him live in it for 1year rent free. We also pay for his moving expense to another place to live. He is mad at me because i did not give him any money from the profit and it was all my money put in the down payment. he hates me now and stop talking to his own brother (husband) because of that. Even after the sale we would send him money for his birthday and christmas. Tell me what to do?Thank you all for your answer and comments. I really appreciate it.
