Mortgage Refinancing If your current mortgage has a high interest rate, you’re stuck in an adjustable rate mortgage, or you want cash out or to consolidate your debt, the answer to your mortgage problems is refinancing. Mortgage refinancing allows you to pay off the remainder of your existing loan by taking on a new loan with better terms. However, there are a number of mortgage refinancing options available to you. And within each of these options, there are particulars you need to be aware of.

Default Open Question: Ugh! To move Or Not To Move. That Is The Question.?

Well, I'll make this as brief as I can. We live in a house thats eating us alive! We have the opportunity to move to another town, with an easy comute to work. Plus it will save us major $$$ a month. But the catch is it would be in a tiny little town. Thats the down side, along with the fact we'd have to unload our house in the next month! The upside is that our son would have the best education, and $1200 more in our pocket each month. We're considering a quick sale, or selling our house to a company that buys houses. We could not rent it because the cost we'd have to charge to rent it would be unreasonable, because it would have to cover our mortgages. So we're in this upside down mess. We've looked into all forms or refinancing, so we're out of options there. So the question is, would you stay and suffer under unbareable financial strain, or move and start fresh? Change is never easy, but ya need to start somewhere.Beth
