I am in the process of buying my first house and my dad has offered to take over the payments of my car. I need my car switched over to his name so I can get approved for my mortgage. Is it possible to refinance my car with another bank to just his name only? If so, how does it work? Or has anyone ever had an experience like this. I really to get this car in his name as soon as possible so I can finalize my mortgage loan. Thanks for the help.
