Im afraid I will have to go to a loansharky hard money lender at this point.my credit record is fairly new and has a couple bad marks for small bills that the title company was supposed to pay off last year when I 1st refinanced.the title company didnt and so my credit is poor right now.I have had a mortgage for a year.it is 336000. My house is worth 499,000So I have about 160k in equity.I have just started new work project and wont be payed until late Feb.I need to pull out 10k in cash and re fi immediately to pay bills.Is there anyone who is doing this right now ?
