Sorry for earlier post I thought refinance was stated and I'm not sure if refinancing can make it higher. Thanks!Jason those are good questions - I believe they went stated income im not sure what full doc is. They have not had the house appraised yet. Also I am unsure what my FICO score is. How much effect does each of those have on the total refinance closing cost? Can it add thousands of dollars more?Thanks for your suggestions - I may need to shop around a little more. I did give the guy a $350 check for the appraisal fee which he has already deposited but the appraisal has not happened yet - I hope I can get that check back if the deal falls through.
